Letchworth State Park comprises 14,350 acres along the Genesee River. Within the park, the river roars over three major waterfalls, one of which is 107 feet high. The cliffs, created by the river’s path over thousands of years, approach 600 feet. Some of the most magnificent scenery in the United States!

Stony Brook State Park attractions feature three falls, Lower, Middle and Upper Falls, each with notable plunge pools. Lower falls is a 40 ft sparkling cascade that seems to fan out as it falls. The Middle Falls drops only 20 ft, but is large at the crest and drops in more gradual steps. The Upper Falls is the largest cascade, at 45 ft, and seems to have the deepest plunge pool.

Mount Morris Dam and Recreation Area is a public park located on the Genesee River near the Village of Mount Morris in Livingston County, New York. The dam is situated deep in the Genesee River Gorge at the northern end of Letchworth State Park offering a variety of recreational opportunities.

The New York State Festival of Balloons includes six launches, arts-and-crafts vendors, an international food court, free entertainment, rides and amusements for the kids. A car show and tethered balloon rides. The excitement begins with a free balloon glow at the Brae Burn Golf Course on Red Jacket Street just after dark. Up to a dozen multi-colored balloons emblazoned against the night sky is quite a sight to see.
