Reservations

  • Check-In: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
    Earlier check-in is possible between 1:00pm – 3:00pm if pre-arranged and is subject to an additional $25.00 charge. There are no check-ins prior to 1:00pm.
  • Check-Out:
    • Campsites — 1:00pm
    • Cabins — 11:00am

Later check-out, allowing guests to remain at Sugar Creek Glen Campground, may be arranged as follows:

  • Tent Sites: Site must be vacated and cleaned by 1:00pm. Vehicles must be moved to the guest parking area.
  • Cabins: Cabin must be vacated and cleaned by 11:00am. Vehicles must be moved to the guest parking area.
  • RV Sites: If the site is not reserved for another guest, the RV may remain on site.
  • In all cases, there is an additional $10.00 per hour charge. All late departures must end no later than 5:00pm.
  • 2-night minimum on weekdays and weekends.
  • 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
  • Access to certain cabins and tent sites requires driving through Sugar Creek.
  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations

  • Up to 10 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. You may also change the dates of your stay if the request is made more than 10 days before your scheduled check-in date. Once a reservation has been changed, a cancellation is non-refundable. When 10 days or less remain before your scheduled arrival, the reservation is non-refundable and dates cannot be changed.
  • Holiday weekend reservations are non-refundable.
  • Your reservation is considered a “no show” if you have not arrived by 11:00am the day following your scheduled arrival and have not canceled the reservation or contacted the campground office to hold your site.
  • Payment for camping nights is non-refundable for no-show reservations.

Visitors

Day passes are no longer available for hiking “The Glen.” Waterfall and glen access is reserved for registered campers and their permitted guests.
  • Registered campers are allowed to have guests and visitors within the following guidelines:
  • Daily Guest Fee: $10.00 per person
  • Overnight Guest Fee: $15.00 per adult, dependent upon space availability on the campsite
  • Maximum of 4 visitors per campsite
  • Visiting hours are 9:00am – 10:00pm
  • All visitors must register at the office before entering the campground and must park their vehicles in the visitor parking area located at the campground entrance.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes. Sugar Creek Glen Campground requires a two-night minimum on weekdays and weekends and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Are additional guests allowed?

Yes. Registered campers may have visitors subject to campground visitor policies. Daily guests are $10 per person, and overnight adult guests are $15 per person when space is available on the campsite.

When is payment due for a reservation?

Full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
